The United Arab Emirates began the implementation of a special project to clear the backlog of pending opposition cases.
Through this project, the trademark office aims to hold hearings for all pending opposition cases. Furthermore, the TMO will be issuing decisions for all pending opposition cases immediately after holding the hearing sessions.
