More than a decade ago, Libya introduced a transformative new trademark law. Today, we turn our attention back to this significant legislation in light of recent developments. For those who followed our initial coverage in 2010, you can revisit it here.

One of the most significant updates is the revision of the fee structure, which includes a notable increase in official fees. This revision also introduces new charges and a detailed categorization of renewal fees.

We will keep a close watch on how these new regulations are implemented in practice. For further insights and personalized guidance, please reach out to us at news@sabaip.com.
