According to a recent notification issued by the Bahraini Trademark Office on June 9, 2008, responses to office actions should be filed within 90 days from receipt of official notice. A 30-day extension period is possible. Prior to that, the period to respond to office actions was limited to 30 days only, with the possibility of applying for two consecutive extensions of 30 days each.
