It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Suhail F. Saba, a cherished partner, friend, and colleague to us all. Throughout his remarkable career, Mr. Saba left a lasting mark on the region and the industry through his unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Saba may have retired from the profession many decades ago, but his old partners and colleagues would always seek him out for his wisdom and guidance. He was a true professional, whose passion for his work was evident in all that he did, inspiring those around him to raise the bar and strive for excellence.

In addition to his work, Mr. Saba was also a lover of music, particularly the violin. He was a benefactor of several music institutes in the Middle East and a keen supporter of young, talented musicians.

Suhail Saba, who passed peacefully at the age of 95, was the son of the late Fuad Saba, founder of Saba & Co., and a founding member and former president of the Association for the Protection of Industrial Property in the Arab World (APPIMAF). He is survived by his wife Sylvia and children Fuad, Hania and Sirine, who will carry on his memory and the lessons he taught them. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Suhail Saba. You will be deeply missed.
