The Sudan Trademark Office (TMO) has resumed operations in Khartoum following the completion of its relocation from Port Sudan. Confirmation received from the Registrar General indicates that the Office is once again functioning from its Khartoum premises.

Current practice allows filings and post-registration actions to proceed under the existing framework, while providing flexibility in processing timelines and procedural deadlines. Deadlines affected by the earlier suspension remain subject to extension on an administrative basis, with further clarification expected as operations in Khartoum continue to normalize.
