Our Saba Office in the UAE received a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the Dubai Customs during the World Intellectual Property Day, which is annually observed on April 26. The celebration was attended by prominent decision makers as well as representatives from both the private and public sectors.
Saba has always coordinated with Dubai’s Customs officials on border measures issues and strongly believes that the key to a successful anti-counterfeiting policy lies in effective border measures and the proactive support of law enforcement agencies. According to the “Certificate of Appreciation”, Saba has the highest number of trademarks recorded at the Customs Registry. This recordation will undoubtedly help Customs officials target, intercept, and confiscate shipments of infringing goods.
