This phase will be followed by a Landrush (an open registration) phase which is scheduled to start on January 2, 2011. Applications received between November 30 and January 2 will not be considered.
All applications during the Landrush phase will be processed on equal basis and according to the first-come-first-serve principle through PNINA registrars.
