In the wake of the ongoing unrest in Libya, the functioning of the Trademark and Patent Offices has been interrupted. In addition, the country is currently facing problems in internet connection and in international communication.
The safety of our colleagues in Libya will continue to be our priority and number one concern. Meanwhile, in order to ensure an uninterrupted service, please continue to send all your instructions and queries to email@example.com. We will be docketing all the instructions we receive from you, preparing all the required forms, and diarizing all approaching deadlines in order to ensure proper follow-up and organization. This way we will be able to immediately file all pending applications once the Trademark and Patent Offices resume their work. Please keep in mind that the Patent and Trademark Offices will put off any deadlines falling within the closure period to the first opening day because of this force majeure.
