The Azerbaijani Copyright Agency recently launched a new system to file copyright applications electronically, on its official website.
The key advantage of this new system is that it allows applicants to complete an electronic application form along with the requirements, in a faster and more proactive manner. It also includes the following electronic services:
· Integrated Circuits
· Copyright
· Related Rights
· Databases protected under copyright law
· Databases protected under sui-generis law
The amount of Intellectual Property services will raise once the enforcement and anti-piracy law becomes effective.
