The Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) has issued Administrative Decisions Nos. 138/2025, 140/2025, and 141/2025, dated October 14, 2025, revising the official fee schedules applicable to patents, plant varieties, and copyright matters.

The updates include adjustments to existing fees and the introduction of new payable services covering various administrative procedures, such as application amendments, examination and certification requests, and the registration of assignments and licenses.

These revisions aim to streamline administrative operations and align EGIPA’s fee structure with international intellectual property practices. The new schedules are effective as of the date of issuance.
