Invoicing Assistant – Key Accounts

Location : Head Office - Lebanon

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Issues invoices in line with the schedule of fees for each country
  • Makes sure the invoices are in line with the discounted charges for specific clients
  • Liaises with the offices in case of charges discrepancies
  • Corresponds with clients and replies to their requests on invoices’ matters
  • Audits the charges set by the invoicing system and liases with IT in case of errors 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 2-3 years of experience in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of English (French is a plus)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
