Business Development Assistant – Head Office – Lebanon
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Communicates with the different company stakeholders to meet department needs
- Aligns the information of the department on all databases
- Assists in the preparations of company travels and conferences
- Arranges for meetings with clients companywide using company systems & keeps the database updated
- Manages different administrative tasks
- Addresses RFP procurement needs
- Assists in managing the company price lists
Skills/ Qualifications:
- University Degree
- 2-4 years of administrative work experience
- Good command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
