Business Development Assistant – Head Office – Lebanon

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with the different company stakeholders to meet department needs
  • Aligns the information of the department on all databases
  • Assists in the preparations of company travels and conferences
  • Arranges for meetings with clients companywide using company systems & keeps the database updated
  • Manages different administrative tasks
  • Addresses RFP procurement needs
  • Assists in managing the company price lists

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • 2-4 years of administrative work experience
  • Good command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
