It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Mr. Mazen Dajani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saba & Co. IP.

Mr. Dajani began his professional journey in 1965 and went on to dedicate decades of his life to the audit and intellectual property profession. Over the years, he held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Partner of Deloitte Jordan, Chairman of the Board of Deloitte Middle East, and later Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saba & Co. IP. Beyond his professional career, he also assumed leadership roles in a number of non-governmental organizations, giving back generously to the community. His distinguished path as a chartered accountant stands as a testament to his integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Dajani was admired for his character as much as for his achievements. He was a kind and gracious man, generous with his time, and known for his jolly spirit and warmth. He will be remembered as a valued partner whose presence reassured and inspired those around him.

He leaves behind his wife Muzayyan and their children Samer and Dina, who will honor his memory and carry forward the values he instilled in them. Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.
