The Iraqi Trademark Office has recently amended its official schedule of fees for all trademark-related matters. According to Official Gazette no. 4154, issued on June 7, 2010, most of the official fees have decreased in comparison with their current level, specifically those fees related to filing, publication, renewal and change of name/address.
